Guidelines:
1. All DONATIONS must be in the competition display area no later than 9:00 am on Saturday, August 9th, 2014.
2. All DONATIONS must remain in the competition display area until the event has concluded at approximately 2:00 pm.
3. All DONATIONS will remain with the Society unless a written request to the Society for the items to be return.
4. A formal letter will be generated within 30 days by the Society and will be sent to the donator.
